Less
surface.
More real
impact.
My way of working rests on four principles. They are not a methodology — they are judgment.
Understanding the problem is necessary, but not enough. I focus on identifying which conversations, rules, incentives or dynamics are shaping the current situation, and what adjustments can make a concrete difference.
I use insights from the Behavioral Sciences and related fields, translated into real situations. Evidence is a starting point for thinking better, not an argument from authority.
Change does not happen through intellectual understanding, but through repetition, adjustment and learning in context. I work with simple follow-up mechanisms that support the process without bureaucratizing it.
I prefer a few clear, sustainable agreements over long plans that are difficult to execute. My goal is to reduce friction and increase coherence between what is decided and what is done.
