Decisions
matter.
So does
implementation.
The Behavioral Sciences integrate knowledge from psychology, behavioral economics and social sciences to understand how people think, decide and act. That is what I apply.
LEADERSHIP
I work 1-on-1 with leaders. Leading means too many things at once — vision, decisions, difficult conversations, uncertainty — and it is usually done in isolation. I create an external space to gain perspective, translate ideas into action and point out what is not working, directly.
COMMUNICATION
I work on the conversations that matter. Communicating in organizations is complex — tensions, silences, misunderstandings, competing agendas. I design and facilitate spaces to address disagreements, align messages and take clear positions. I make sure there is coherence between what is said and what actually happens.
OPERATIONAL ARCHITECTURE
I support the design of the conditions for strategy to happen. Strategy does not implement itself — it is blocked by structures, roles and unexamined implicit rules. I work on how responsibilities are distributed, how decisions are made and what is blocking execution.
